Shipping
Our Packages are sent via UPS. Gift Cards are sent via United States Postal Service, First
Class. Orders received Sunday through Thursday will generally be
shipped out the next business day. Orders received Friday and Saturday will generally be shipped out within two business days. Please take this processing time into consideration when selecting the shipping option that is appropriate for your order. Some orders may take longer to process, in this case an email notification will be sent. Credit cards are not billed until the order is ready to ship. (Special order items, Custom Wedding Bowl and SugarBoo PhotoBox, will be charged at time of order.)
At this time we are unable to ship to APO, FPO or PO BOXES via UPS. We will ship using the United States Post Office. (Please note that we are unable to provide a tracking number for packages sent using the USPS.)

Packages shipped UPS Ground delivery within 5-7 business days,
depending on shipping address.

Returns
Returns may be made within 30 days for a full refund or exchange
(less shipping and handling). Please return your order with a copy of the packing slip
and a brief note as to why you are returning your order. A refund to your credit card
will be made within 72 hours of receiving your return. All merchandise must be returned
in it's original packaging and in sale-able condition. Fashion items must have their
original tags attached. Items purchased at discounted or sale price are a final sale
and may not be returned.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available for purchase on our website and at our four Twin Cities locations.
They can be redeemed in our stores. Gift cards do not expire, however
they are extremely difficult to replace, please handle them as cash.
At this time we are unable to accept gift cards for online payment.

| Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock we will notify you within two business days.
Should this occur, you will be given the option of modifying or canceling your order.
If you would still like to order the item we will do our best to get the item to
you as soon as possible.

| Sales Tax
If order is shipped to a Minnesota address, applicable sales tax will be added.

The Bibelot Shops accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.
Your credit card will not be charged until order is ready to ship. Custom Wedding Bowl and SugarBoo Designs Photobox will be charged at time of order.
